SANGONOMIYA
ABOUT US
We appreciate you visiting our page.
We are Sangonomiya.
Coral means coral reef.
Miya means shrines or temples.
Put together with the particle "no", Sangonomiya means coral reef shrine.
In the oldest existing record of Japanese history, Kojiki,
there are many strong beautiful princesses such as Empress Jingu, Princess Miyazu, and Princess Inada.
Miyanomai (the traditional Japanese shrine dance) expresses their stories through movements and song.
These can help you to feel as if you have been transported in time!
Sangonomiya's leader, Yaegaki, and her daughter, Kana, wants to convey to the next generation that Japan has the longest history in the world and that this is very important. Sangonomiya wants to keep this history and culture alive for future generations.
We are so glad that many children feel happy each time they come to see and hear this history.
Sangonomiya has done miyanomai for many shrines and temples such as Hachimangu, and Toshogu.

The challenge facing Japan, which is facing a declining birthrate, is that women feel lonely and uncomfortable in society, and there is no environment in which they can get married, give birth, and raise children with peace of mind.
At Sangonomiya, we place great importance on " smiling, " and through lessons and offerings we train our minds and bodies, learn "true strength," and work to be of service to children and the future.
