Regardless of age, even those who are not good at dancing or exercise can enjoy participating. Starting with "Toyoei Dance", which is commonly performed at shrines throughout Japan, you will learn the dignified and beautiful movements of a Yamato Nadeshiko. The slow, quiet movements stimulate the inner muscles and train the core. It also improves posture and breathing, which helps manage the health of the mind and body, refreshes you, and leads to a more fulfilling daily life.
